- What happens if my connection drops?
- A bet placed before take-off is refunded. If the plane is already flying, it cashes out at the multiplier at that moment.
- Why can't I withdraw straight after depositing?
- You need to play through what you've deposited first. Your withdraw screen shows how much is left.
- Is there a fee?
- Yes, on deposits and withdrawals. The screen shows the fee and what you'll get before you confirm.
- Why am I in a different room after refreshing?
- Rooms are assigned when the game loads. Your bets stay in the room you placed them, so switch back to see them.
- How do I take a break?
- Go to Me, then Settings, and turn on self-exclusion. Betting and deposits stop for the period you choose, and it can't be shortened.
